Barnsley Football Club will mark its promo to the Championship with an open-top bus trip of the town later on.

The Tykes trip will begin with Oakwell Stadium at 16:15 BST, getting to Barnsley Town Hall at about 17:00, stated Barnsley Council.

The club won 3-1 in the play-off versus Millwall at Wembley on Sunday.

Fans are motivated to paint the town red by using and bringing flags group colours.

The bus path will take in Grove Street, Pontefract Road, Kendray Street, Eldon Street, Church Street and Sadler Gate.
