LOS ANGELES – Carrie Underwood dazzled the red carpet at the American Country Countdown Awards on Sunday and raved about life on tour. On Saturday, the country superstar played Stagecoach Festival as part of The Storyteller Tour.
“Still having fun on the road!” she told FOX411. “This is my most fun show for us, I know it is for the fans but it especially is for us as well that we have ever done. It flies by. We play for like two hours. I have so much fun everyday.”
She said downtime on the road is a rarity but when she has it she’s working on her fitness, which explains her killer body.
“I work out,” she said. “If I have an hour I would love to get a massage or facial but I’d rather work out.”
She was happy to be at the ACCAs.
“This award show is special because it’s…all about fans and all about radio and without the two of those there would be no country music,” she said. “Country music has the best fans hands down. I see it on the road every single night when we have shows. They are loyal and supportive. It’s so nice to be able to have things like this and stand up there and say thank you specifically to the fans.”
