Washington(CNN) An interest group lobbying for the legalization of medical cannabis is taking legal action against among Florida’s biggest counties after reports emerged that their preferred constitutional change was no place to be discovered on some tallies.

The Florida chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) recently stated it would submit match versus the Broward County Commissioner of Elections, which manages balloting in the county the home of Ft. Lauderdale. That city’s Sun Sentinel paper reported that some citizens did not have Constitutional Amendment 2– the cannabis legalization procedure– on their tallies.
