Although Nick Cannon has not expressed a desire to slow down the pace of childbearing, he says his therapist has other plans for him.
According to the New York Daily News, the father of seven revealed that his therapist believed he should observe celibacy after all his children were born, 4 of whom were born within a year.
“Think about it, you can’t be like, ‘No, I’m done.’ If God says, ‘No you don’t’, Nick tells Entertainment tonight before joking, “But I’m not planning to sit here. My therapist says I should be celibate.
Nick welcomes his most recent baby Jane with model Alyssa Scott in July. He is very proud to be the father of his children.
“I come from a large family, I have several siblings, I grew up in an imperfect family by my grandparents, I have had such an extensive upbringing experience that I have such love and passion for children and family. I want a big family too, ”Nick said. “The Lord has blessed me with what I wanted.”
Despite her various gigs and promises, Nick said her kids would always come first.
“They get my full attention when I’m not working,” he said. “And that’s the beauty of it because it keeps me away from some kind of problem. It’s either work or playing with my kids. “
Earlier this month, a paparazzi showed Nick the flag to congratulate the kids. When asked if he planned to do more, Nick said: “God willing, man, you’ve seen it. If God sees it that way, I’ll do it.”
Guess we’ll have to wait and see if Nick will consult his therapist on this. We will keep you posted.
