It reminded me of the easiest time of my life before the success of Michael Pop.

Slick Rick’s Great Adventure
Slick Rick
1988, in my opinion, was the best year for a hip-hop release. This finished album expresses that era!
3
Spirit And This is the way of the world
Earth, wind and fire
In short it is my childhood. These two albums sat in full display in our living room. My mother used to play them in repetition every day. These songs bring me closer to her. RIP.

Enemy of the people
This album was the first recognition for me that it was okay to create hip-hop to improve, educate, inspire and enlighten my people.

It is not in my personality to include my own music in such a list, but after some self-reflection, I must say that this album is not the most important to me in my catalog, this project has given me a 20-plus year career extension, unknown to hip-hop . Without this album, my career would have ended in 1995/96 … for this reason it deserves a place on my list!
