September is Gospel Heritage Month, and this year, BET is proud to present the 15th Annual McDonald’s Inspiration – Gospel Tour, starting at 8pm ET on Sunday, September 19th.
Hosted by award-winning musician and radio personality Lonnie Hunter, this free virtual concert series will feature today’s top gospel singers, including award-winning gospel musicians such as Erica Campbell, Jonathan Nelson, Israel Hutton, Moussani, Tasha Cobney, , Among others.
“For the past 15 years, we’ve been raising the spirits and bringing the community together through McDonald’s Inspiration Celebration – Gospel Travel.” Alexia Gordon, Manager, McDonald’s Multicultural Strategy and Engagement, Per Summary Magazine, earlier this month. “We are thrilled to be able to celebrate this great travel milestone in Gospel Heritage Month, again, providing fans with a free concert series that provides inspirational performances by award-winning gospel entertainers.”
In recent times Summary In a magazine interview, Erica Campbell, a contemporary urban gospel singer / songwriter and one of the most featured musicians in the series, reflects the importance of the event and the gospel music in general. The Gospel has found their foundation.
The series will offer viewers an unrivaled gospel music showdown on BET’s digital platform, BET.com and BET’s YouTube channel, which will be discussed over the next few months.
Each episode features music performers from across the country, including Gulf Coast, West Coast, Carolinas, and DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV). The weekly lineup for the upcoming series includes:

Annually, McDonald’s Inspire Celebration – Gospel Travel seeks to nurture the community through a deeply rooted tradition of gospel music. The celebration helps raise awareness and the necessary funding for local chapters of Ronald MacDonald House charities and aims to improve the health and well-being of children and their families.
As many families as needed this year, especially in the wake of the Kovid-1 pandemic epidemic, it is more important than ever to help a relief-centric charity like this.
