Casey Randolph shares Beauty Secrets and her favorite Amazon products

E!: Do you have any skincare insights or application tips that we should include in our routine?
CR: My mother told me to apply skin care products from thin to thick. I think it absorbs your skin best in this way.

It’s a good idea to give time to each product so that they absorb more effectively.

I use my ring finger to apply skincare products because it has minimal stress.

If I ever have an excess product from a moisturizer or something, I never remove or discard it. Instead I put it on my neck or on the back of my hand. I don’t like to waste any product.

Always apply sunscreen, every single day, even if you are not going out. You can catch the sun’s rays through the window. Be sure to apply sunscreen to the ears. Many people ignore the ear. My mother reminded me to put sunscreen on my ears. Do not neglect your sunscreen.

Beauty really starts from the inside. Adequate sleep, hydrating and a healthy diet are important. When I don’t get enough sleep, my skin is really damaged. I feel great when I drink a ton of water and my skin feels very good. My sister Michelle [Randolph], Her boyfriend Greg [Sulkin], And I have all these inspiring water bottles.

E !: When I saw your mother Unmarried, I legitimately thought you had another sister because she was too young to look. What did he teach you about skincare?
CR: He taught me everything I knew about skincare from an early age. He has degrees in dietetics and nutrition, so he has always been in good health and wellness. Skincare is just a natural extension of that interest. Even when I was a little kid, I think he had everything about sunscreen. She taught me all these little techniques, such as knowing which finger to apply your skincare products with, so there is less pressure on the skin, the ring finger. He does Lots Research too. He was very emotional and he gave that emotion to me and my sister Michelle.

E!: Do you have any budget-friendly beauty gift ideas or stockings?
CR: Definitely a lip product. A jade roller is also a good gift. I would say steamer because I love my steamer. I use it all the time, whenever my skin feels dull. Hair clips, I think you can never put too many hair clips.
