Exclusive: Taraji P. Henson and Megan Thi Stallion give advice on how to get rid of toxic energy from your life

Taraji P. Henson Is back and she is becoming more open and honest about their mental health journey with her celebrity friends. Henson and his best friend and co-host Tracy Z. Returning to the second season of their hit Facebook Watch show, Peace of mind with Taraji And in the premiere episode, the two spoke to the award-winning rapper Megan Thi Stallion About poisoning, poisonous people and how to surround yourself with more positive circles.

In an exclusive clip obtained by BET.com, Henson speaks. With Dr. T. K. Jackson And Megan is about finding ways to bring positivity into your life.

“How does poisoning affect us?” Henson asked, to which Jackson replied, “I believe you’re the average of the five people you hang out with.”

Later in the clip, Megan screams about how she has overcome her experiences and why she is so selective about the power she gives to others.

The reporter said, “The way you are with people may not be like everyone else so I had to start being careful.” “I can’t let everyone get this good energy because they don’t deserve it.”

Jackson helps viewers identify the right steps in how to remove people from your life who no longer serve your higher purpose.

“Evaluate where you are now and then where you want to go,” he says. “Where do you want your life in five years in each carriage and then look at at least the first five friends on that sheet of paper again. Do those people reflect where you want to go?
