A 21-year-old pregnant woman was found dead in Florida State Park on Saturday (September 25).
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is treating the case as a “suspicious death with a suspicious death,” First Coast News reported.
She was identified as Felicia Jones and her family told the media that she was nine months pregnant and was due out on October 8th.
Jones’ aunt, Angelica Williams, called on the community to “come together” and ask anyone with information to come forward.
“It’s a completely unborn baby, ready to be born in two weeks. A beautiful young woman who turned just 21 this month,” Williams said.
He added: “We want to let the world know that she was loved. Her baby was expected. We wanted this baby. I was so excited about my nephew. She’s all taken away from us. We’re disappointed now.”
Around 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning, someone walking in Riverview Park found Jones’ reactive body and called 1111. Investigators did not explain why they suspected the game.

Williams said his niece was known to friends and family as “Phi Phi” and had “a bubble spirit”.
“Even if he was going through something, you can’t tell because he’s the kind of person where he had a lot of energy,” added the grieving aunt.
Jones’ family has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help with funeral expenses.
