Judge Kodak Black allowed to perform loudly in New York after failing an earlier drug test

In September, Kodak Black was ordered to undergo treatment after failing his drug test and violating release conditions. However, it looks like he will be able to turn around and go to New York City for the upcoming Rolling Loud Festival.

According to TMZ, Kodak filed documents requesting the court to allow him to appear at Rolling Loud in New York City this coming weekend because it was for business purposes. A judge signed his request, allowing him to attend the ceremony as long as he contacted the release officer in his charge.
