On Thursday, Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr both went to Instagram to reflect on their past relationship. In Lamar’s long Instagram post, he described the day of their separation in detail and talked about getting rid of porn and drugs.
Posting a photo with the caption, “A post for my ex and later,” he captioned the photo, “I left my ex-fianc at the Atlanta W Hotel a year ago yesterday without notice. He continued, “He was upset when he realized I was back at my home in San Diego.”
Lamar added that he was “excited” and that Parr had tried to contact him “250 times” via text and call. Afterwards, he said they were “toxic” and that the pain was as a result of leaving.
“Abandonment broke my heart but saved my soul. The relationship was abusive. Many times I wanted to go back because- I was addicted to idle abuse. The addicted person in me hated to be alone, the man in me wanted a beautiful face to wake up, It was difficult, “wrote Lamar.
He went on to talk about his restraint. “Today I am free. Drug free. Marijuana free. Relationship free. I am rebuilding a relationship with myself. With my family. I am focused on my faith. I grow up. My brand. I am a legend. I own that. I’m a recovery addict. I own it too. “
Apparently referring to Parr’s upcoming book, “Freedom to Walk Away: How to Restore Your Life in Peace”, he wrote, “Stand by your truth. Don’t believe what you read.”
About an hour before Lamar’s post, Parr said he left her a year ago while promoting his book. “A year ago today, I officially moved away from my ex-fianc. I am a soul (not even him); I just left! I knew that the more I talked about my illness, the more I would feel comfortable doing it. ”
Many commenters have questioned the two posts and wondered who resigned them.
If you think about it, the two broke up in November 2020.
