Dennis claims that his old friend will help him sell drugs, take him on a date and show him a good time.
The first night Dennis arrived in Baltimore, things were magical. The two went to a casino, a club and then a hotel, where the couple had an emotional love affair all night, MTO News learned.
The next day the two go to the mall – to complete the drug transaction. That’s when things went left. Dennis claims the man left with his medication and left him stuck in the mall.
