Houston has a sweet secret! The married couple recently revealed that they welcomed their first child together – a baby girl named Zara. Interview of Per Marques and Mia Us Weekly, who broke the first story, Zara arrived on Thursday, December 2nd, about a week ago.
Wednesday was the first day the public learned of the couple’s new family addition. Before our weekly drop, Marquez and Mia put their pregnancies out of the spotlight. Marquez told the site that Mia chose their daughter’s name because she felt “it was foreign.” New moms have chosen to make their little ones a memorable one, but not the average name.
The shed room also got a chance to connect with the ‘Sister, Sister’ star. In addition to providing exclusive photos of the trio, Marquez talks about his parents’ relationship with Meyer.
“Parenting is much easier when you have an incredible partner to share responsibilities with,” Marquez wrote via text. “We do everything as a team, and we make sure we shift so we can both sleep.”
As you may already know, the couple rose from the status of boyfriend-girlfriend to the betrothal couple in March 2019. According to an Instagram post by Marquez, they met during the 2018 Jehovah’s Witnesses conference. Soon, he popped the question of lifelong union. In August 2020, they officially tied the knot.
But two months before walking down the corridor, Marquez addressed unpleasant rumors about their dating history. In June 2020, online users began dragging Marquez to accuse Mia of dating a minor, but he denied the allegations.
“Mia and I didn’t start dating until we were adults. We fell in love and got engaged in March 2019, ”Marquez said at the time.“ My father Michael loves her, and the people closest to me love her too. Above all, we have the blessing of Jehovah. ”
Following the release of US Weekly coverage, Marquez and Mia both began sharing footage of Mia’s ex-baby bump and Zara on Instagram.
Speaking to TSR, the new father praised Mia’s mother for her skills.
“Mia is a 21-year-old mother, but handling motherhood as if she were a mother forever, she’s so normal,” Marquez wrote.
