On Tuesday, Nick shared on his talk show that their son Jane Cannon had died tragically. Nick shared that he died of brain cancer on Sunday. He shared the unfortunate news with his audience and spoke openly about what he and his family are currently going through.
Nick said on his show, “Over the weekend I lost my little boy in a condition called hydrocephalus which was almost a fatal invasive midline brain tumor, brain cancer and it’s hard.”
She shared that around Thanksgiving they learned that her son’s brain tumor had begun to grow much faster.
Nick says he tried to spend time with his son last weekend. “This weekend, I made a legitimate effort to spend the most quality time I could with Jane. We woke up on Sunday, and I said ‘I was just like that, I think I want to go to the water near the sea.’ And we have the opportunity to go to sea, “he said.
Nick said Sunday was the last time he had unfortunately been able to hold his son.
After sharing the heartbreaking news with his audience, Nick went on to say, “I didn’t want to make it out of a peasantry or anything like that. So I went back and forth about what should be done. I’ve always said that you don’t just go through it, you grow through it, you keep pushing. “
For the rest of the show, Nick joined his therapist because he talked openly about his son’s loss.
