Video shows Henry Rugs third emotional when sitting on the ground after a fatal car accident


Former Raider Wide receiver Henry Rugs III was charged when a woman and her dog killed him after hitting his corvette in the back of his Toyota. Footage of the crash has now been released.

In the received video TMZ, Toyota where Tina Tinter, Unfortunately, lost his life, was seen drowning in the fire, Henry sat on the ground a foot away from the car. He fell in love with his girlfriend Kiara Washington. In the clip, he is heard to say, “Okay. Okay. Okay. Here. I’m sorry,” Henry then pleads with her to stop screaming.

Kiara was heard screaming for help as authorities arrived at the scene. “Can we get help?!? Can you help him!?! He is unconscious,” he said. An eyewitness at the scene identified Henry to authorities as “Henry Rugs here. Henry Rugs here. He He plays for the Raiders. ”

As Previously Authorities reported that Henry was traveling at 156 miles per hour before the crash and was hitting Tina Tinter’s Toyota at 127 miles per hour. His blood alcohol level was .161, which is more than double the legal limit.

He has since posted a $ 150,000 bond set by the judge, and his release on bail did not include any alcohol consumption or driving. He was also forced to wear an electronic monitoring device.
